I created this space after living through the very storms I now help others navigate.
I’ve weathered a high-conflict divorce. I’ve navigated the heartbreak of family estrangement. I’ve been the mother holding everything together while everything around me unraveled. I’ve rebuilt a life rooted in peace, boundaries, and truth while healing trauma. I know what it’s like to carry the weight of the world and still show up, every day.
Today, I’m a certified high-conflict divorce coach, trauma-informed educator, wife, mother, and lifelong cycle-breaker. But more than that, I’m living proof that peace is possible, even in the wreckage.
